Milk is a good source of protein, containing 8 grams (g) per 8-ounce (oz) glass. The two major proteins in milk are casein and whey. Casein accounts for about 80 percent of the protein in milk. There are also different types of casein, one of which is called beta-casein.

 We at Narocha, have strived our best to find the highest quality ingredients out there to create our bobas’ game stronger and pleasurably. To brew premium quality milk teas, we don't use powdered milk as it increases the risk of heart disease, stroke and diabetes. We previously have considered many milk brands along the venturing and found A2 milk as the best ingredient to infuse well for our drinks.

Now, you might wonder, does it matter that much? Some people might have problems digesting milk and often self-diagnose themselves as lactose intolerant. This leads them to refrain dairy milk from their diet and ends up missing out on essential nutrient in the process. A2 milk provides an option as it has a slightly different protein profile from most cow’s milk circulating in the market. A2 milk is not a non-dairy milk alternative like soy, oat, or almond milk. However, it is free from A1 protein, making it easier to digest and help to avoid unpleasant digestive symptoms such as bloating and flatulence.
